- Cornell Univesity Inquiry Projects for MS and HS - A variety of teachers developed labs and projects for all MS and HS Science Subjects!
- Digital Library for Earth Science Education: A variety of links and resources for k12 Science education and Earth Science Teaching Boxes!
- DNA Interactive - A great site to use with DNA: information, videos, interactives and set up your own class site.
- DNA Tube - Thousands of video based studies, lectures, simulations, flash animations and ppts that explain biological concepts. All things DNA!
- EdHeads - Virtual Knee and Hip Sugery and other interactive activites. A great site for activities!
- Environmental Inquiry - A website to involve high school students in real environmental science. Students can join projects or get information on using scientific techniques. Worth checking out.

- Learn Genetics - A great site with interactives, ideas, virtual labs and real world uses of genetics by University of Utah
- Learner.org is a website by Annenberg Learner for K-12 teachers that includes Interactives, Professional Development, and a variety of weblists for a subject areas with lots of science material.
- MERLOT: Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Teaching Online - All types of material for every area of Science. Includes animations, tutorials, lesson plans all of which are peer reviewed online teaching and learning materials.
- My Ecological Footprint - A good interactive quiz on how an individuals life style affects the world. Good for Life Science, Bio and Environ. Science
- NASA - This is the main NASA page with links for teachers, students, parents, etc. A great resource for all things space.
- National Center for Atmospheric Research: Great for Earth and Environmental Science. Look for Student and Educator Icons on Page. Great News Links!
- National Geographic Education - Tons of Resources for thet Science Teacher
- National Geographic: Kids Dare to Explore - Games, Videos, etc.
- National Science Case Study Library - Hundreds of teacher created case studies for science classes k-12.
- National Science Digital Library (NSDL) - NSDL.org is an online science library with links to high quality science, technology, engineering, and math resources for K-12 teachers.
- NSTA SciLinks - Hundreds of peer reviewed websites categorized by keyword, grade level, and type of activity. Must have an NSTA membership or text with codes. Phenomenal Website!
- PhET: Fun, interactive, research-based simulations of physical phenomena including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Earth Science for HS and MS Students from the PhET project at the University of Colorado. Great resources!
- Ptable: A great interactive periodic table.
- Science Demonstrations - A great science demo site for all topics.
- Science Mag is supported by the AAAS and has news articles, careers links, a media gallery, and more. Well worth checking out.
- Science Netlinks by AAAS - This great resource has lesson plans, tools, interactives, and some great resources for teachers
- Science Spot - A Resource Site for MS Science Teachers
- Sierra Club Website Collection - Great Website List for Environmental Education Websites and More
- Smithsonian Education - Great resources for science and history for teachers and students
- Space Science Institute - Great online resources for Space Science.
- Spark 101 - interactive videos made by industry professionals on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) topics
- Spongelab: This is a great site for interactive activities, animations, lesson plan ideas, etc. Most is free once registered. Some of the activities like the award winning Build a Body are awesome. They are searchable by topic and leveled by difficulty.

- Teacher Tube - A Variety of Searchable Videos on all Subjects.
- Teachers Domain - Free online digital library of media resources (video, interactive, audio, images) for classroom and teacher professional development.
- TED - Ideas worth spreading. Talks by remarkable people and a whole section on science.
- Thinkfinity by the Verizon Foundation has all types of lesson plans for teachers and a wholes serious of resources that can support science teaching in your classroom. You can also share with other subject areas.
- Try Science - experiments and projects for 6th and 7th grade.
- UVA Virtual Labs.
- VirtLab - A great resource for Virtual Labs (some are free - others require a subscription)
- Web Adventures - Four Virtual Science Games developed by Rice University. These are like the video games students play on their X-Box.
- Wonderopolis - Where the Wonders of Learning Never Cease - Hundreds of Video Answers to the Questions Students and Teachers Wonder About
